Elan Valley is part of the Excellence Afloat at Valley Cruises hire fleet, and has recently undergone a complete refurbishment by GWV. The refurbishment included new panelling, ceiling and flooring, all electrics and plumbing replaced, all furniture redesigned and rebuilt, and a new galley and new bathroom fitted. ‘Elan Valley’ is a 2-berth tug-style craft and it was important to retain the traditional style and charm of the boat, whilst increasing space and updating throughout. We are pleased to learn that this boat has since been awarded three ‘Visit Britain’ stars, the maximum permissible for this type of boat.
